Ajify today with nameko soup.  I started out with the stewed kiriboshi daikon which was pretty good.  I don’t like the texture that much, but it is delicious and has an interesting flavor which is sweet and has a kind of earthy saltiness as well.  The soup as well has good flavor, but a texture I don’t care for that much.  It was nice after eating some ajifry to kind of calm down the strong sharp flavor of the sauce.  The ajifry was excellent and crunchy.  Very enjoyable!  A nice lunch today.
