Today's lunch has a Chinese theme. The ebidango (shrimp meat balls) in the soup were very large and juicy with soup broth.The soup had a gentle salty flavor and the clear noodles and veggies were plentiful. The stir fly was amazing and flavorful.There was a lot of meat and the sauce was excellent.
